Appearance: A black cat scrabbling up a brick wall, legs splayed either side.
Origins: This is the latest, and possibly the last Tom Adams cat. It was due to make its public appearance sometime in 2005, but alleged problems with planning permission meant that this was not the case.
Companions: He likes to watch the hands on a nearby clock go round. Cats #9 and #10 are also not very far away.
Visibility: High
Location: Near Kings Square.
